维生素D 水平与2 型糖尿病患者伴发急性脑梗死的关系

【摘要】 目的 探讨25 羟维生素D 水平与2 型糖尿病(diabetes mellitus type 2,T2DM)患者伴发急性脑梗死的关系。方法 选取2019 年1 月- 2022 年1 月医院收治的T2DM 患者140 例为调查对象,其中单纯T2DM 患者80 例为对照组,伴发急性脑梗死患者60 例为病例组。采用单因素及多因素Logistic 回归分析25 羟维生素D水平与2 型糖尿病患者伴发急性脑梗死的关系。结果 单因素分析结果显示,两组间性别、空腹血糖(FPG)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、糖尿病病程比较,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05);病例组的年龄、收缩压、舒张压、HCY、维生素D 缺乏比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。病例组的25 羟维生素D 水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。多因素Logistic 回归分析显示,维生素D 缺乏与T2DM 患者伴发急性脑梗死有关系(OR =3.584,95%CI :1.037~12.403)。结论 维生素D 缺乏与T2DM 病患者发生急性脑梗死有关,是T2DM病患者发生急性脑梗死的危险因素。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between 25-hydroxyvitamin D level and acute cerebral infarctionin type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients. Methods A total of 140 T2DM patients admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the respondents, among which 80 patients with T2DM were in the control group and 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction were in the case group. Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the association of 25 hydroxyvitamin D level with associated acute cerebral infarction in type 2 diabetes. Results The results of univariate analysis showed that gender, TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, FPG, HbA 1 c, and diabetes duration between the two groups (P >0.05); age, SBP, diastolic BP, HCY, and vitamin D deficiency were higher than the control group (P <0.05). The 25 hydroxyvitamin D level in the case group was lower than the control group, significant (P <0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that vitamin D deficiency was associated with acute cerebral infarction in patients with T2DM (OR=3.584, 95%CI :1.037-12.403). Conclusion Vitamin D deficiency is associated with the development of acute cerebral infarction in patients with T2DM disease and is a risk factor for acute cerebral infarction in patients with T2DM disease.
